Some bugginess with enemies around corners, but overall a fun game.

An actually good demo. It's not really my kind of game, but even still, it was well put together and fun. I'll definitely be on the lookout for the full version on Steam.

Short and fun, remind me of that one medal in Henry Stickmin. An option to mute the music and/or sound effects is always nice. I feel like this could benefit from more levels too, but the length is okay as it is right now. Music sounds straight outa the 2000's, so good choice with the tracks. Also, If you are going to add more levels, make sure to make them difficult, as I beat the entirety of this in about two minutes. Overall, this was fun and oddly nostalgic.

I was thinking of having up to 30 levels getting harder and harder as you progressed (The last 10 being the hardest), but I ran out of Ideas and just stopped at the 3 eggs level, maybe i could save that for a sequel if this game gets popular enough (Which would be quite a shocking event for me)
I made sure the music was in the .wav format so it could sound like shit, and, in turn, sound like it was from the 2000's, after all, it's not like this game wasn't made in a Program from 2005 and I chose a song also from 2005 as the main track, The credits music is from 2012 though.

Pretty fun and challenging, would benefit from some additional controls, such as holding to jump higher and longer. I feel like it has the potential to have the same addicting nature of Slope.

Also if you're curious, you can add high scores and medals using newgrounds.io, if you want to implement them on this game or any other game you make. It's compatible with Godot.

So much more creative than just a simple art gallery, well done!

Love everyone's art, nice to see something warm given the weather right now.

Also, not sure if it's a coincidence, but I recognize the Coglab music from a mile away.

Cute game, beware that link.

Good atmosphere, music is great.

Looks fun, but I can't figure out how to escape the text box, and the resolution is far too high for most devices. I wish I could play it because it has some potential.

Edit:
Now that I know how to get past the text box, I'm finally playing the game, and I have to say, I like it. It's fun and becomes more and more challenging as time goes on. However, I feel that it is held back by a few things. First of all, the bugs. (And no, I do not mean the random flies.) The biggest one being that most checkpoints clip me into the ground. It's easily escapable, but rather annoying since respawning is a core game mechanic. There also needs to be instructions, either in the description in Newgrounds, or in the game itself. I didn't know how to escape the text box, and eventually figured out that movement is left and right arrow keys and space. WASD controls would be a good addition, especially if you're using space as jump. I didn't know how to pass the part where the player character is no longer in view of the camera without looking at a previous comment. This is followed by a couple more gimmicky sections involving invisible platforming, before concluding with either a really small or invisible spike blocking the blue ending portal.

One of the largest bugs includes an actual bug, the fly you use as a platform. I understand that "you only have one try" but softlocking the player is not fair. The fly does not respawn. I got past it on my first playthrough, but not on my second. Please make it so that the fly respawns or just replace it with a platform.

Deaths should feel like the player's fault, but later, it's all gimmicks. An example of an actually good and challenging part is the one with three spikes, two on the ground one on the celling. I know exactly where the spikes are, and I work my way through solving it using my understanding of the movement system. It's difficult, but learnable, and certainly passable. Anything invisible however immediately becomes annoying if it doesn't indicate where to go. It's just jumping around randomly until you find a platform or die. These parts are not fun.

On the upside, the movement system is pretty good, and the sprites are dynamic. Some may not like the art, but I personally love it, and thinks it gives it style. It reminds me of Doodle Jump. The title is completely fine too. All in all, I really like this game and think it has a lot of potential, but it's held back by a few glitches and occasionally annoying level design.

The way to escape the text box: just click at the random place.

This is amazing! I loved working on this and seeing everyone's entries. Ahhhhhhh they're all so cute! Also I love the flash game, it's so well put together with the little heart and candies. The little UI animations are nice too.

Trust Not The System.

I make art and occasionally games.
