Why is the bitrate so low? It should really be at a higher quality for people to enjoy it.

I normally use wav files but newgrounds doesn't allow that and i can't export into mp3 files on my music making software so i converted on a website and that's probably why it's so low
Edit:i compared it to the normal one it sounds the same and i even made sure it's a high bitrate it sounded exactly the same

Amazing! Love how intense this is. Every little underlying and chaotic melody fits perfectly. My only question is why is the bitrate so low?

Chaotic and "crunchy". That's the best way I can describe it. It has great buildups and remains interesting throughout.
