Pretty good, although I feel not much was added when compared to the original track. There's a few new layers to the sound and some much needed variety was added, but it still falls short for me. I wish there was more. In my opinion, the original song wasn't that interesting to begin with, and although you improved on it, your derivative work is still held back by the monotony and dullness from which it is based on. An extra melody or something to make it more interesting would have been a welcome addition. I still think you (and this song) have potential, but it just wasn't that interesting to me. Remember, this is just my opinion, others may think of it differently.

Why the AI generated artwork?

I like the visual anchor that the art evokes and how easy it is to get a rough representation of what I was imagining while writing. It's not the centerpiece, but it helps. Commissioning actual artists or teaching myself to visual art like this would simply be overkill for what is essentially a thumbnail.
